Coach Josh Perez

Founder & CEO of 360 Athletics

_{Coach Josh Perez’s story is one of resilience, leadership, and purpose. Raised in one of the lowest-income communities in the country, he faced adversity early—both of his parents were incarcerated during his youth, and he was raised by his grandfather, a migrant field worker.}

_{Despite the odds, Coach Perez rose to become his high school class president and went on to attend Abilene Christian University, where he was a four-year starter and team captain at the Division I level. As a first-generation college student, he battled doubt and adversity—but refused to let his circumstances define his future.}

_{Those experiences fueled his mission.}

_{Coach Perez founded 360 Athletics to ensure that students and coaches everywhere have the leadership, character, and mindset tools needed to succeed—not just in sports, but in life.
